About

TRC Capital Partners is a privately held firm that invests primarily in the Texas market.

Over the past twenty-five years, TRC has invested both private and institutional capital in real estate assets with an aggregate value of over $950 million, and our portfolio has included over $575 million in hospitality assets and over $400 million in commercial real estate.

TRC believes a common theme across all its investments, and a key factor to its historical and continued success, is the firm’s adherence to identifying and improving value.

As each year passes, TRC’s experience and capabilities deepen as a result of its continued commitment to a value-oriented strategy. From the outset, the company demonstrated remarkable strengths in identifying, acquiring, recapitalizing and refurbishing underperforming assets.

Today, TRC is strategically focused on real estate acquisitions, development and growth opportunities, primarily in the Texas market. Notable TRC real estate projects have included BBVA Compass Plaza, Regions Financial Center, The Redstone Building, Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa, Hyatt Regency Town Lake, Hilton Dallas/Rockwall, and Hilton Westchase.
